Prior to forming Gioia & Neurohr, Alex developed his litigation skills at a small firm in Buffalo, learning the in’s and out’s of insurance coverage and the significant roles that insurance and contractual obligations can play in protecting a business. From there, Alex joined a large firm where he narrowed the focus of his practice to real estate and business law. Alex counsels businesses of various types and sizes on numerous legal issues, including employment and contractor relationships, joint ventures, supply and distribution networks, trademarks and servicemarks, and asset acquisitions.
Alex is equally knowledgable in all matters real estate, including residential and commercial property sales and leases, residential and commercial property foreclosures, title claims and challenges, surplus monies actions, HOA/COA disputes, and tax assessment challenges. Alex graduated from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2014, where he met his wife, Gabriella. Alex and Gabriella now call Clarence Center home with their daughters, Gemma and Francesca. When he’s not working, Alex enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
