Rebecca is a seasoned litigator experienced with all aspects of civil litigation, handling cases from inception to verdict. Rebecca’s professional achievements have been recognized by a number of organizations, including Marquis Who’s Who in Female Trial Attorneys, The National Trial Lawyer’s Top 40 Under 40 in New York State, the American Association for Justice Trial Attorneys, and Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2021 and 2022). During her years of experience, Rebecca has learned that telling a client’s story and paying attention to details is the key to success. When you work with Rebecca, you know that you will have a strong advocate fighting for justice for you. 

 

Prior to forming Gioia & Neurohr, Rebecca worked as a litigator at a large local firm working with the civil litigation, family law and divorce practice groups. Through this experience, Rebecca was able to hone her trial technique as well as learn valuable lessons related to strategy both during and leading up to a trial. Rebecca has also served as trial and negotiation counsel for a boutique law office in Buffalo, New York, where she tried a number of cases both locally and in New York City.

Rebecca is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and is active with the Erie County Assigned Counsel Program. Rebecca earned her law degree from Ohio Northern Petit College of Law, graduating with honors. Following Ohio Northern, Rebecca passed the bar exam in the States of New York, Virginia and Ohio. Rebecca and her husband, Michael, are Buffalo residents who are busy explorers, always up for a hike, grabbing a coffee at local cafes or attending fitness classes.
